This canvas is one of my favorite photos ever taken because of the unique timing and setting of the capture. This beautiful beach in Palm Coast is the most amazing beach I've been to. This photo of the beautiful rock ledge formation is actually part of the ocean floor and is completely covered by the deep sea except during extreme low tides. I happened to be staying at the beach for a couple days and got to witness the undersea works all along the shoreline. There were deep tidal pools with rock filled caves and formations and they were filled with sea life! Sea turtles, rays, crabs, starfish, and all kinds of colorful fish all swimming around and doing what they do. When high tide returned it completely covered up this beautiful experience with the deep sea water and none of this was visible. This image became the cover of my book Serenity.
